  vg_nw_sendcommon() - only master: send common-block


SYNOPSIS
========
  void vg_nw_sendcommon(void)


DESCRIPTION
===========
  Every time the master has finished changing the values of the
  network variables of the common-block, the call to vg_nw_sendcommon()
  sends them to the network-server.

  This function is equivalent to vg_nw_senddata(), but for the common-block
  instead of for the player-data.

RETURN VALUE
============
  No value is returned.
